Payment, Refund and Cancellation policy

Payment

MasterCard and Visa credit cards, personal and corporate cheques, E-transfer, and cash are all acceptable forms of payment. Upon booking verification, please select your chosen form of payment. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your subscription will not be verified until payment has been made, It shall be cancelled anytime henceforth. Your subscription will be verified after the payment has been made.

Discounts

• Any discounts given by The Earthen One (including team discounts) must be paid at the time of registration.
• To get any ‘Early Bird’ Discount, the fee must be made at the time of registering and before the cut-off date..
• No other discount may be combined with any other promotion.
• Cancellation for Short Seminars and events.

Cancellations

• Cancellations up to seven days before a short seminar or event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations between four to five days before a short seminar or event are eligible for a 75% refund.
• No refund will be given for cancellations three days before the short seminar or event.
• Each seminar and event may have its own cancellation policy, please check the details carefully.

Longer events

• Longer events will have their own cancellation policies which will be stated clearly in the event description and promotion materials.

You can email us at info@theearthenone.com to cancel your registration or reschedule to a different event. If your request is approved, you will get an email confirmation that details the termination or next actions for changing your registration. If your cancellation request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy

• If The Earthen One cancels an event for whatever reason, you will get a credit for the full amount of the contract fee. You may apply this credit towards another event that you and The Earthen One agree on within one year of the cancellation date.
• You shall get credit for 100% of the contract price paid if The Earthen One postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date. You may use this credit for another event that you and The Earthen One agree on, but it must take place within one year of the date of deferral.
• The Earthen One is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a consequence of an event substitute, change, or cancellation/postponement. The Earthen One will not be held liable if this conference is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous incident, Act of God, unanticipated occurrences like technical errors, or any other event that renders this conference impractical, unlawful, or impossible to hold.
• Recordings of paid event/s missed will be shared only once, on request, for a limited period of time.
